Operators who happen to build software.

Granary was founded on a simple observation: most ERP projects fail not because the software is wrong, but because no one mapped the operation first. We start the other way around.

The name comes from the oldest systems problem there is — bringing in a harvest and storing it so it lasts. A granary turns a chaotic, seasonal rush into an orderly store you can draw on all year. That is exactly what a well-built system does for a growing business: it takes the frantic, everyone-in-a-spreadsheet scramble and turns it into one dependable source of record.

We work with startups and growing businesses — distributors, field-service and professional firms, retailers, and manufacturers — right at the point where spreadsheets and disconnected tools start actively costing money. Odoo gives a company at that stage real ERP capability without enterprise-software price tags, and we know how to make it fit yours.

We have run operations and built business systems from the inside — including full Odoo implementations delivered in production. That operator's perspective is the whole difference: we configure around how the work actually happens, not around a demo script. Delivery is backed by a dedicated Odoo engineering partner, so builds move quickly without cutting corners.

And because talk is cheap, we keep live, industry-specific demo environments ready to go. Before you commit a dollar, you can watch your own workflows run in Odoo — quoting, inventory, scheduling, production, whatever your operation lives and dies by.

How we think

Map before you build

Software is the last step, not the first. We document how the operation runs before we configure anything.

Right-size the system

The goal is leverage, not features. We build what earns its keep and leave the rest.

Leave you self-sufficient

A good implementation makes us optional. We train your people and document the system so it is yours.
